Presbyterian Disaster Assistance Aids Hurricane Harvey Victims

The disaster is not over. Hurricane Harvey is gone, but the destruction left in its path remains. The toll on human life is devastating. But there are ways you can help.

Presbyterian Disaster Assistance (PDA) has been in touch with the presbyteries in the path of Hurricane Harvey to offer assistance. They are standing by with resources and National Response Team members ready to deploy upon invitation and when it is safe to do so.

Pray without ceasing.  2nd Thessalonians 5:17 encourages us to pray continually. Following a disaster, our best response is first to seek God’s presence on behalf of those in need.

Please continue to pray, sing, and together invite the love of God to lead our response as we seek to reflect the hope that is found in Christ.
